We cannot be held responsible for any lack of service by any independent agency airline transport hotel or any other service provider.

Refund / Cancelation Policy
Tectogo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. allow cancellation only if any bookings are not confirmed then allow cancelation of any bookings 30days prior of the tour/event.
Within 30days of events or tour ones all activities are confirmed there would be no refund of the paid advance / full amount
Payments
All online payments that happen for any of the products booked via www. tectogoevent.com site is secure. TECTOGO TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD. does not store the Credit card / Debit Card / Internet Banking Password or any other details of any customer in their database or in any data backup system or retrieval systems. Once you are ready to transact you are transferred to the bank site. The card details are captured on the credit card site and not ours hence we cannot be held responsible for any misuse of credit card what so ever.
